1 day a week - 2018


Find yourself working alone a lot or uninspired by being indoors all day?

During the warm months we’ve been hosting SlowCoworking days in parks across Lisbon. A chance to get “out of office,” connecting with nature and other like-minded people. We find that this boosts our wellbeing, creativity and motivation. The structure will vary slightly and includes mindfulness exercises, intentions setting, regular check-ins and eating lunch together. Scroll down for more details...

These days are organised ad-hoc on a weekly basis, so like our Facebook page and check out our events for the next one. During the colder months we will be teaming up with indoor spaces.



  • 13:15 - Lunch

  • 14:15 - Focused work

  • 16:00 - Check-out

  • 16:15 - Yoga

  • 17:00 - Say goodbye (or hangout longer)

  • 9:30 - Meet in the park

  • 9:45 - Meditation, check-in and set intentions

  • 10:00 - Focused work

  • 11:30 - Fika (tea/coffee break)

  • 11:45 - Focused work


Prepare for your Out-Of-Office day

We suggest bringing:

  • A blanket to sit on

  • Lunch, snacks and a bottle of water (or buy from the cafe)

  • Comfortable clothes

Also, bring whatever you need to do 5 hours of focused work. We choose natural spaces with Wifi and places to work. It might not be the fastest Wifi, but then you will find a better (human/nature) connection. Come with a relaxed attitude and remember, you're in charge of how much or little you do. If you get easily distracted, it's OK to sit alone during focused work time. 

Turn on your out-of-office auto-reply. Put your phone on airplane mode. Create space to slow down, connect and create.


Price: Free

The day is pay what you can. If you feel it was valuable, and you can afford it, we suggest a €5 - €10 donation. If you're broke, no worries. De nada :)
